This EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) entered into on November 18, 2010 (the “Execution Date”), and effective as of November 1, 2010 (the "Effective Date"), is entered into by and between Coil Tubing Technology, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the "Company"), and Jason Swinford (the "Officer").
