This Intergovernmental Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by the County of Boulder, a body corporate and politic of the State of Colorado, acting by and through its Board of County Commissioners (“Boulder County” or “County”), and the Town of Lyons, a Colorado municipality (the “Recipient”) (each, a “Party” or, collectively, the “Parties”)
