CARD AGREEMENT This Kinecta MyPower, MyPerks, and MyPlan Share-Secured MasterCard Credit Card Agreement and Disclosure (“Agreement”) is your contract with us. The Pricing Information Table provided herewith, and the Share Pledge Agreement which is provided for the MyPlan Share-Secured MasterCard Credit Card, is/are a part of this Agreement, and shows important information about your Account and specific type of Credit Card, such as your Annual Percentage Rate and certain fees. Any amendments or subsequent documents provided to you related to this Agreement are also part of this Agreement. Please read all parts of this Agreement and keep it for your records.
