This Interlocal Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between the Dallas Independent School District, a Texas public school district (“Dallas ISD” or the “District”) and the City of Dallas, a Texas home-rule municipality (the “City”), acting by and through their respective signatories. Dallas ISD and the City may be referred to in this Agreement individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
