LinkedIn Corporate Subscription Agreement Whereas, Beijing Ling Yin Information Technology Co., Ltd. (“Ling Yin”) has been duly authorized by LinkedIn Corporation and its Affiliates (LinkedIn Corporation, its Affiliates and Ling Yin collectively “LinkedIn”) to provide LinkedIn Services tocustomers in the People’s Republic of China (“PRC”).
