This Authorized Sales Channel Master Agreement (the “Master Agreement”) is made effective on August 15, 2017 (the “Effective Date”), by and between GE Oil & Gas, LLC (“GEOG”), doing business at 4424 West Sam Houston Parkway North, Houston, TX, 77041, USA and Nova Instrument, with its principal place of business at Rm769 Iteco Jojung-Daero 150, Hanam, 12930, Republic Of Korea (“ASC”). Intending to be legally bound the parties agree as follows:
