THIS AGREEMENT is made as of May , 2023 (the “Effective Date”) between Keith Ruddick, as Trustee of the Keith Ruddick Revocable Trust dated 1/12/07 and Barbara Balkman Ruddick, as Trustee of the Barbara Balkman Ruddick Revocable Trust dated 1/12/07 (“Seller”) and the City of Minneapolis, acting by and through its Park and Recreation Board, a public body under the laws of the State of Minnesota (“Buyer”).
