BALCONIES & PATIOS - All balconies/patios must be kept clean and neat. This includes, but is not limited to: No furnishings, unless they are specifically designed for outdoor or lawn use, no beer kegs, no trash bins or cans, no storage of potentially dangerous, flammable poisonous or hazardous materials. Garbage bags, trash cans and litter may not be stored or kept on a porch or patio, and must be promptly disposed of in the dumpster. No clothes are to be hung out to dry in these areas.
