The Athletic Participation Fee is a non-refundable fee per student-athlete that you are authorizing LCS to collect via FACTS within the first week of the Fall season of the 2021-2022 school year. This fee is required to be paid, and this Agreement is required to be signed, in order for any student-athlete to continue to participate in LCS Athletics beyond the first week of the season (and prior to any contests).
