Quotes are based on information provided by Quote Requester, if this information is inaccurate then quote or transportation charge may change significantly. Beneficial Owner is 100% responsible for over weight fines or over dimension fines and cost to correct. Initially quotes are based on commercial dock pick up, 60 minutes allowed to load, Consignee (shipper) load, count, block & brace TO commercial dock delivery, consignee allowed 60 minutes to unload; additional time for pick up or delivery is available at additional cost. Loading, Unloading, Fork Lift service & additional services are available at additional cost. Consignor (Shipper) must certify that materials being shipped are properly classified, described, packaged, marked & labeled & are in proper condition for transportation according to applicable regulations of the Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal, State, Local authorities & Carrier.
