The Client is the holder of the Accounts and wishes to use myQuintet and/or to allow the Client’s Proxy (if any) to use myQuintet in relation to these Accounts. The Parties hereby intend to set out in this Agreement the conditions applicable to the access to and use of myQuintet by the Client and/or the Proxy (if any).
