The DEPARTMENT OF STATE HEALTH SERVICES (“Receiving Agency” or “System Agency” or “DSHS”) and TEXAS A&M UNIVERSITY, State Agency Number 711 (“Performing Agency” or “Contractor”), each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties,” enter into the following Interagency Cooperation Contract (the “Contract”) to perform data collection, data entry, data file production, and human subjects training for the Texas Pregnancy Risk Assessment Monitoring System (“PRAMS”) pursuant to the provisions of “The Interagency Cooperation Act,” Chapter 771 of the Texas Government Code.
