Contract Type FiledApril 13th, 2006When a highway project crosses or otherwise affects railroad property and facilities, a force account agreement covering compensable work to be performed by railroad forces or a contractor hired by the railroad may have been negotiated between the railroad and the WisDOT, or between a local unit of government and the railroad.
