THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of , 2019, by and between the STATE OF MONTANA, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, hereinafter referred to as “STATE,” the CITY OF MISSOULA, hereinafter referred to as “CITY,” the COUNTY OF MISSOULA, hereinafter referred to as "COUNTY," the Missoula Urban Transportation District, hereinafter referred to as “MUTD BOARD”, and the MISSOULA CONSOLIDATED PLANNING BOARD, hereinafter referred to as “PLANNING BOARD”.
