Reference is made to (i) First Amended and Restated Collateral & Trust Agency Agreement dated as of 23rd October 2018 (the “Re-Appointment”) among Contracom Real Estate Investments Limited, as Issuer, Novarent 2014 Socimi, S.A, as Guarantor, and BHP Assets Management Limited, as Collateral Agent and (ii) that certain Collateral Agreement, dated as of 23rd October 2018 (the “Collateral Agreement”), by and between the Issuer, Novarent 2014 Socimi, S.A, and BHP Assets Management Limited as Collateral Agent (the “Collateral Agent”). Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings given to them in the Indenture.
