For the duration of this Agreement, the Welfare and Insurance Benefits Programme shall be that set out in Appendix " A and is hereinafter referred to as the "Programme". This Programme shall be provided through the Commercial Workers Benefit Trust Fund. However, not withstanding the foregoing the Programme may be altered during the life of this agreement where such alterations are necessary due to the premium payment being insufficient to provide the level of benefits set out in Appendix "A. Any such alteration in the benefits will be determined by the Trustees of the Programme and/or the Union.
