SEPARATION FROM SERVICE: We have agreed that you will resign from your position as Chief Global Operations Officer of the Company and all other officer positions with the Company and its subsidiaries immediately upon your execution of this Agreement and you will separate from service with the Company on January 31, 2018 (the “Anticipated Separation Date”).
