When you and the Company have signed this Agreement, it will constitute a complete agreement on all of these issues. SEPARATION FROM SERVICE: We have agreed that you will resign from your position as Chief Global Operations Officer of the Company and all other officer positions with the Company and its subsidiaries immediately upon your execution of this Agreement and you will separate from service with the Company on January 31, 2018 (the “Anticipated Separation Date”). Unless your employment terminates earlier than the Anticipated Separation Date, your employment will terminate on the Anticipated Separation Date. The actual date of the termination of your employment is referred to in this Agreement as the “Effective Date.” You will resign from all officer positions with the Company and its subsidiaries immediately upon your execution of this Agreement without any further action on your part.
