On April 12, 2022, PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. (PJM) filed an executed Wholesale Market Participation Agreement (WMPA) among PJM, HSE Foundation Solar, LLC (HSE) and Mid-Atlantic Interstate Transmission, LLC (MAIT), designated as Original Service Agreement No. 6423.1 PJM states that it is submitting the WMPA for filing because HSE requested interconnection of its generating facility connected to MAIT’s non-jurisdictional distribution facilities to engage in wholesale sales in the PJM markets. PJM requests that the WMPA be accepted for filing effective March 14, 2022.
