Where Services are performed and/or Products are produced, sold or leased by Seller in the same country as that of use by HP, an Affiliate of HP, or HP’ Customer, then invoicing and payment shall be by and between such local country entities of the parties, unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties in writing.
