This is a contract entered into between the Consultant and Loans 4 Ops Ltd (L4O), Company No. 13035566, 36 Dene Road, Northwood, Middlesex, England, HA6 2DA, effective as of the date that the contract is accepted by L4O by providing notice to that effect to the Consultant (“Contract Start Date”). The period from the Contract Start Date until the contract is terminated is called “Contract Term”. The Details Section on pages 4, 5 and 6 of this contract shall be deemed to be part of this contract, and any references to words defined within the Details Section shall be given the relevant meanings within this contract unless the context suggests otherwise.
