THIS AGREEMENT is made by and between the City of Milton, Rock County, Wisconsin, a city created and existing under Chapter 62 of the Wisconsin Statutes, identified in this AGREEMENT as “the City” and the Town of Milton, Rock County, Wisconsin, a town created and existing under Chapter 60 of the Wisconsin Statutes, referred to in this AGREEMENT as “the Town”. Both may be referred to as “member municipalities” and collectively as “the Parties” in this AGREEMENT.
