This Limited FGIA Virtual Library (FGVL) License Agreement ( “Agreement”) is entered by and between the Fenestration and Glazing Industry Alliance (“FGIA”), an Illinois not-for-profit corporation with its principle place of business at 1900 E. Golf Rd., Suite 1250, Schaumburg, Illinois 60173, (“Licensor”), and an FGIA Category 1 and/or Glass Products Council member company (“Licensee”).
