THIS MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION AND AGREEMENT (this “Membership Agreement”), is being submitted by the Applicant listed below with respect to the purchase of a Membership in the Lake Las Vegas Sports Club (the “Club”). Unless otherwise expressly defined in this Membership Agreement, or the context otherwise requires, all capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meaning ascribed to such terms in the Bylaws of the Club, dated December 9, 2016, as the same may be amended from time to time (the “Bylaws”), or in the Rules and Regulations of the Club, dated December 9, 2016, as the same may be amended from time to time (the “Rules and Regulations”). The Bylaws and the Rules and Regulations are incorporated herein by reference.
