(alternatively “HESCO” or the “Project Implementing Entity”) (“Project Agreement”) in connection with the Loan Agreement (“Loan Agreement”) of same date between the ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF PAKISTAN (“Borrower”) and the Bank, and the Financing Agreement (“Financing Agreement”) of the same date between ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF PAKISTAN (“Recipient”) and the Association.
