THIS AGREEMENT is entered into in the City of Tallahassee, Leon County, Florida by and between the State of Florida, Department of Legal Affairs, Office of the Attorney General (OAG), the pass-through agency for the Victims of Crime Act (VOCA), and specifically herein for the Antiterrorism and Emergency Assistance Program (AEAP) Grant Award Number 2017- RF-GX-0003, Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) Number - 16.321, Antiterrorism Emergency Reserve, (Grant), hereafter referred to as the OAG, an agency of the State of Florida, with headquarters located at PL-01, The Capitol, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-1050, and the City of Orlando, hereafter referred to as the Provider. The parties hereto mutually agree as follows:
