This Data Processing Agreement, including its appendices (the “DPA”) supplements the Agreement and will be effective and replace any previouslyapplicable data processing and security terms between the parties as from the DPA Effective Date (as defined below) and is subject to the Agreement. To the extent of any conflict or inconsistency between this DPA and the remaining terms of the Agreement, this DPA will govern.
