These Terms of Services apply to the Order Form (for internet web hosting services) and/or the Website Design Development Agreement (“Agreement”) between Invigorate Solutions LLC, Company, d/b/a Localmanagement.us (“Localmanagement.us”), and Client. “Services” refers to the internet web hosting services as governed by the Order Form submitted by the Client and, if the parties signed an Agreement, “Services” also refers to the Client’s internet world wide web site(s)(“Site”) designed/developed pursuant to Agreement(s) and related Proposal(s). Placement of information on Localmanagement.us’ servers is an acknowledgment that Client has read and agrees to be bound by Terms of Service.
