This Non-Disclosure Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between DATRI, a registered NGO, with office at Module No: 1208, 12th Floor, TICEL BIO PARK, CSIR Road, Taramani, Chennai - 600113, India (“Disclosing Party"), and ("Receiving Party"), who is volunteering for the Disclosing party, for the purpose of preventing the unauthorized disclosure of Confidential Information as defined below. The parties agree to enter into a confidential relationship with respect to the disclosure of certain information ("Confidential Information").
