The National Institute of Polar Research organized and existing under the law of Japan having the principal place of operation at Tokyo, Japan (hereinafter referred to as NIPR) and the Science Institute, university of Iceland organized and existing under the law of Iceland having the principal place of operation at Reykjavik, Iceland (hereinafter referred to as SIUI), have concluded upon the following Agreement of Cooperation for the Iceland-Syowa conjugate campaign.
