This Separation and Release Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Itential (the “Company”) and Kayundria Wolfe (“You” or “Your”) (collectively, the “Parties”). The Parties acknowledge and agree that Your employment with the Company shall terminate effective February 11, 2022 (the “Separation Date”).
