THIS INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES (this “Agreement”) is dated for reference purposes only this 1st day of April, 2015, by and between the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Arapahoe, State of Colorado (hereinafter referred to as the “County”) as fiscal agent for the Greater Metro Denver Healthcare Partnership (GMDHP), and the Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson County, Colorado, for the benefit of Community & Workforce Development Division (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor” or “Jefferson County”).
