This document sets out the Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) for the processing of personal data during the execution and after the termination of the Terms and Conditions of Use of RAUVA’s Services (“Agreement”), as required by article 28, no. 3 of GDPR. Where, while performing RAUVA’s Services (“Services”) under the Agreement, RAUVA processes Clients’ data that is “personal data” or “personal information” under applicable data protection laws on behalf of Client, which are not Client’s representatives name or professional contact details, RAUVA is qualified as a Processor (as defined below) and this DPA shall apply.
