This Software and Mobile Application License Agreement is made and entered into effective as of 6-1-24. (the “Effective Date”), by and between ICS4Schools, LLC, a California limited liability company (“ICS4S”) and MetroEd (“Licensee”). For purposes of this Agreement, ICS4S and Licensee shall each be referred to as a “party” and collectively as “parties”.
