This agreement shall be known as the ASM Eclipse Collective Agreement 2007March 20th, 2007
This agreement shall apply to all employees of ASM Eclipse Pty Ltd employed on a casual basis at the company's establishment at 22 De Havilland Road, Mordialloc 3195 and who are engaged as graphic artists, screen printers, administration staff, in production or in the warehouse. The agreement will not apply to owners of the business.
