THIS INDENTURE, executed and dated as of the 1st day of November, 2023, made and entered into by and between City of Westfield, Indiana Redevelopment Authority, a separate body corporate and politic organized and existing under Indiana Code 36-7-14.5 as an instrumentality of City of Westfield, Indiana (hereinafter called the “Authority”), and The Huntington National Bank, having a corporate trust office in Indianapolis, Indiana, as Trustee (the “Trustee”).
