THIS INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the Tempe Elementary School District No. 3 (“District”) and the City of Tempe (“City”), as of July 1, 2017 (the “Effective Date”), for the implementation of the Tempe Preschool Resource Expansion Program (“Tempe PRE”). The District and City are sometimes referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.
