CO-SIGNER AGREEMENT ADDENDUM TO RENTAL AGREEMENT/LEASESigner Agreement • January 19th, 2022
The undersigned co-signs as unconditional guarantor on the rental agreement/lease referred to above. As co-signer, I acknowledge that I unconditionally guarantee payment for the rental and/or damage costs, and that I am also bound by the terms and conditions of the rental agreement/lease, or any extensions or renewals thereof, as if I were the tenant signing such agreement. If there is a default in payment for the rental and/or damage costs, I shall upon demand pay the amounts in arrears to the Landlord/Son-Rise Property Management.
