This Program Grant Agreement for the Treasure Island Elementary School International Baccalaureate Program (“Agreement”) is entered into this day of , 2022, by and between North Bay Village a Florida municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Village ”), and The School Board of Miami-Dade County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, (hereinafter referred to as the “School Board” or “School District” or “MDCPS”). The Village and the School Board shall each be referred to herein as “Party”, and collectively as “Parties.”
