These Terms and Conditions, together with the ICO Program Advertising Requirements (as defined below) and any sales order or similar document (“Sales Order”) entered into by a dealer (“Dealer”) and accepted by Autotrader in connection with the Kelley Blue Book Instant Cash Offer Program (“ICO Program”) are collectively referred to herein as the “Agreement.” As of the Effective Date above, these Terms and Conditions replace and supersede any previous Terms and Conditions pertaining to the ICO Program, which shall terminated as of the Effective Date.
