This agreement incorporates a number of provisions of the Metal, Engineering and Associated Industries Award 1998. These provisions and any other reference to the Award are to be taken to refer to the content of the Award or the provision as it was just before this agreement is made. If other content of this agreement is inconsistent with the content of any incorporated Award provision, the other content applies to the extent of that inconsistency.
