This Economic Development Program Grant Agreement (hereinafter referred to as this “Agreement") is made and entered into by and among the City of San Antonio (the “GRANTOR”), a municipal corporation of the State of Texas, acting by and through its City Manager or his designee and LiftFund Inc. a non-profit organization registered in the State of Texas (hereinafter referred to as “GRANTEE”). Together, the GRANTOR and GRANTEE may be referred to herein as the “Parties.”
