The words “we,” “us,” and “our” all are references to Arizona Federal Credit Union (“Credit Union”). The words “you,” “your,” “yours,” all reference an account owner at the Credit Union. The word "account" means any one or more deposit accounts you have with the Credit Union. The words “imaged check” or “imaged checks” mean a digitally imaged and negotiable item using a mobile device.
