entered into between the City of Bainbridge Island, a Washington municipal corporation of the state of Washington (the “City”), and Community Solar Solutions Inc., a Washington corporation (the “Administrator”), on behalf of itself and on behalf of the “Tenant,” as that term is defined in that certain Community Solar Project Site Lease and Solar Services Agreement (the “Hosting Agreement”), dated effective as of December 23, 2011, and attached as Exhibit A. The City, Administrator, and Tenant may each be referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively, as the “Parties.”
