Respondent/Proposer, if selected for contract negotiations, will be required to enter into such contract(s) substantially in the form of the City and County of San Francisco (“CCSF” or “City”) Standard Professional Services Agreement (P-600), as attached (pages 2 through 23 of this Attachment B). There is no need to sign the signature page of these Terms and Conditions (page 23) as part of your quote; the signature process will occur after contract negotiations have concluded.
