Matthew Long Photography retains copyright in the photographs, and hereby grants the Client unlimited but non-exclusive rights to use or reproduce the photographs for which the client pays. Matthew Long Photography retains the right to use selected photos for promotional materials such as, but not limited to Photographer’s portfolio, samples, self-promotions, entry in photographic contests or art exhibitions, website, or for display, social media such as facebook, instagram and twitter, etc.
