This 2018/2019 Annual Amendment to Charter School Contract (“Annual Amendment”) is made and entered into by and between Jefferson County School District No. R-1 (“School District”) and _____________ (“the School”), and is effective July 1, 2018. This Annual Amendment amends the Charter School Contract between the School District and the School (“Contract”) by adding to, deleting from and modifying the Contract. To the extent any such addition, deletion or modification results in any conflict or inconsistency between the Contract and this Annual Amendment, this Annual Amendment shall govern and the terms of the Contract that conflict with this Annual Amendment or are inconsistent with this Annual Amendment shall be of no force or effect.
