TERMINATION OF AGREEMENTAthletic Training Services Agreement • May 17th, 2024
By this Agreement, GILLETTE PHYSICAL THERAPY, P.C. (“GPT”), a Wyoming professional corporation, doing business as Apex Athletic Performance (“Apex AP”) with an address of 1013 East Boxelder Road, Suite #102, Gillette, Wyoming 82718, and THUNDER BASIN HIGH SCHOOL, a division of Campbell County School District No. 1 (“TBHS”), with an address of 4001 Saunders Blvd., Gillette, Wyoming 82718 hereby agree to mutually terminate the Athletic Training Services Agreement in effect between the parties set to expire in the spring of 2026 (“Agreement”). The Agreement will be terminated effective immediately and neither party shall retain any rights or obligations under the Agreement.
