Contingent Category I employees are subject to terms and conditions of this written contract. Worker’s Compensation Insurance is provided for job related injuries. Adjunct I (JC# 241000) and II (JC# 242000) are those faculty members eligible under UMB Policy II-1.07(A) on the Employment of Adjunct Faculty at University of Maryland Baltimore. Non-Adjunct (JC# 245000) faculty includes faculty members ineligible for Adjunct I and II roles under UMB Policy II-1.07(A) on the Employment of Adjunct Faculty at University of Maryland Baltimore.
