SINGLE AGREEMENT FOR DEPOSITS AND ASSOCIATED TRANSACTIONAL RELATIONSHIPS: TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. The terms and conditions included in this Agreement reflect and summarize the basic terms governing the banking relationship between NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE SA, under GEMI No 237901000, registered in Athens, at Eolou 86, legally represented (hereinafter “the Bank”) and the Depositor/ Customer of the Bank (hereinafter “the Customer” or “the Cardholder” with respect to the debit card). 2. Further to the General and Specific Terms set out herein, the contractual relationship between the Bank and the Customer shall be governed in its entirety by the provisions of the applicable Greek and EU legislative and regulatory framework, i.e the Laws, the EU Regulations, the Bank of Greece Governor’s Acts and the resolutions of the Bank of Greece and of other relevant bodies and authorities, concerning deposits.
