The TUTORING AGREEMENT made and entered into on 29 day of August, 2013 by and among the HORSEHEADS CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT, a public school district having an address at One Raider Lane, Horseheads, New York 14845 (“District”), HORSEHEADS CHRISTIAN SCHOOL, a private school having an address at 2293 Grand Central Avenue, Horseheads, New York 14845 (“School”), and Mrs. Sheryl Morgan, an individual residing at 408 Lynhurst Avenue, Elmira, NY 14901 (“Teacher”). has been adjusted on this 24 day of October, 2013 to say the following under article 4a.
